Recruitment Procedure

Recruitment Procedure differ from one country to another and selection procedure depends on employer's requirments. However, we given below a simple criteria as to how we determine selection of unskilled workers:

Physical Structure / Physical fitness.
Impression / discipline.
Loading ability (30) kg. weight uploading.
I .Q .Test.
Working Age limit (25 to 35 years).
Understanding English Language.
(a) Employment Visa
Employment visas are to be arranged by the employer in the host country. In case of Soudi Arabia, U.A.E. Libya & Qatar Block visas are used for Kuwait & Oman N.O.C. visa system is being used now. For Malaysia Ist approval letter should be issue by the respective Ministry mentioning the nos. of worker's & job sector.
(b) Document Required
To execute an order we require demand letter, power of attorney, authorization letter & employment contract . These documents are required to be attested from the local Chamber of Commerce. The Ministry of Foreign affairs & from Bangladesh embassy in the host country but in case of Malaysia only attested by Bangladesh embassy.
Please note that strict manpower regulations of government of Bangladesh requires that recruitment and advertisement permission should first be obtained from the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare & Overseas Employment before commencing the selection and testing of candidates. Therefore, it would be appreciated if the above documents could be sent to us minimum 5 days before the arrival of selection team.
(c) Testing & Selection
We mobilize 3 times or more candidates than the required number to whom we issue pre-numbered Bio-data forms. 100 or more un-skilled labour candidates could be mobilized per day 100 to 150 could be selected through our improved testing methods.
(d) Medical Examination
Upon confirmation of visa arrival at the respective embassy, ( for Malaysia which is called 2 nd approval letter issued by the respective ministry ) complete medical examination is carried out at the medical clinic or hospital, nominated and approved only by the respective embassy. The embassy issue visa only on production of medical fitness certificates.
(e) Visa Stamping
For each visa following documents are required to be submitted to the embassy. Embassy's visa form, 2nd approval letter, passport, passport photocopy, original medical fitness certificates, police clearance certificate, duly attested by the ministry of foreign affairs, employment contract photograph of the candidate and forwarding letter. Completion of such documentation's require approximately 7 days time which depending on work-load of the embassy.
(f) Final Immigration clearance from the bureau of Manpower Employment and Training ( B.M.E.T.}
As soon as visa stamped passports are received from embassy, we submit it to the B.M.E.T office along with Bio-data forms, under taking, nationality certificate and social security certificate for female candidates only given by the employer, original copy of employment contract and photograph of the candidates. Upon confirmation of all documents B.M.E.T. asks to produce all candidates for an orientation programme by which workers can get briefing again from government officials. After these we can get final clearance from B.M.E.T.
(g) Ticketing
On confirmation from the employer tentative dispatch date, we arrange ticketing for a direct journey.
(h) Dispatch of workers
Meantime, we ensure all workers arrive in Dhaka 2 days before flight date and complete all remaining documentation's of their personal files etc. For distant workers we provide overnight accommodations. Also in each flight a group leader is selected and briefed about flight details, other information's and with the instruction to maintain discipline during flight and transit. Group leader will hand carry all personal files and hand over to the employer or our representative on arrival at the host country.
Pre-cautionary Measures
Our experience shows that some workers with the intention to draw employer's sympathy or consideration at times tend to wrongly reproduce the actual salary rates, terms and conditions on arrival at job sites. Some claiming that they could not understand the contents of employment contract written in English. To avoid these problems, we have adopted some pre-cautionary measures such as:-
(i)

Individual affidavits in Bengali languages and signed by the workers to effect that they were fully explained and understood the actual salary, lavy payment & important terms & conditions of employment.

(ii) Translation of employment contract in Bengali language & signed by the worker's.
(iii)

We provide the overseas job application form both in Bengali & English with which they can confirm the post applied for his represent.
